01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, pepper, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Arrange bread slices on a flat surface and spread a generous layer of the filling over each slice. Top with another slice to form five sandwiches, pressing gently.
03 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut four circles from each sandwich to create individual bites.
04 - Spread the shredded coconut evenly on a small plate.
05 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich bite with water or extra cream cheese to help the coconut stick.
06 - Roll each bite's sides and tops in the shredded coconut until completely covered, resembling snowballs.
07 - Arrange coated bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
