03 - ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt

10 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest

13 - 30 to 40 assorted crackers (gluten-free optional)
# Directions:
01 - Mix cream cheese, goat cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Transfer the cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and form a log approximately 8 inches long. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
03 - In a shallow dish, combine finely chopped parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest.
04 - Remove the chilled log from the plastic wrap and roll it evenly in the herb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the herbs all around.
05 - Place the herb-coated log on a serving platter and arrange crackers in a circular ring around it. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve. For best texture, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
