    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until mostly browned, about 3–4 minutes.
2. Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper.
Sauté for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add tomato paste, water, and cherry tomatoes.
Stir well and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the mixture thickens and turkey is fully cooked.
5. Remove from heat.
Stir in half the cilantro.
6. To serve, spoon turkey mixture into lettuce leaves.
Top with avocado, extra cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
