# Directions:

05 - Gently fold the raisins into the dough using a spatula.
06 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
07 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers look just set.
08 - Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
