01 - 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough

02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce

03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 24 slices pepperoni or vegetarian pepperoni
05 - 12 small black olives, pitted and sliced

06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, optional

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut 24 circles and place on the baking sheet.
03 - Lightly brush each dough circle with olive oil.

06 - Place one slice of pepperoni horizontally across the center of each pizza to resemble a Santa belt.
07 - Top the pepperoni strip with a black olive slice to mimic a belt buckle.
08 - Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
09 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and dough is golden brown.
10 - Allow mini pizzas to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
