# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • It comes together in ten minutes when you're too hot to even think about turning on the oven
  • The breaking apart moment is weirdly satisfying, like cracking ice on a winter puddle but way more delicious
  • You can pretend it's breakfast while eating dessert, which is the best kind of adulting
02 -
  • Coconut yogurt freezes harder than dairy, so plan an extra thirty minutes of freezing time if you go that route
  • The toppings sink slightly as it freezes, so don't press them down too aggressively or you'll lose that pretty surface layer
03 -
  • Freeze fruit for thirty minutes before adding if using fresh berries to prevent them from sinking too deeply
  • Mix a tiny pinch of salt into the yogurt to make all the flavors pop
  • Line your container with extra parchment overhanging the sides for easy lifting once frozen
