01 - 2 goat cheese logs (5.3 oz / 150 g each)
02 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
03 - 1/3 cup pistachios or pecans, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

→ Board Accompaniments

05 - 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
06 - 1/2 cup seedless green grapes
07 - 1/2 cup assorted crackers (gluten-free if needed)
08 - 1/2 cup toasted baguette slices
09 - 1/4 cup honey
10 - 1/4 cup roasted almonds or walnuts
11 - 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
12 - 1/4 cup sliced radishes
13 - Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Combine finely chopped dried cranberries, chopped pistachios or pecans, and parsley (if using) in a shallow bowl.
02 - Roll each goat cheese log in the cranberry and nut mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
03 - Place the coated goat cheese logs on a large serving board.
04 - Arrange seedless red and green grapes, crackers, toasted baguette slices, roasted almonds or walnuts, cucumber slices, and radishes around the cheese logs.
05 - Drizzle honey over the cheese logs or serve on the side.
06 - Place fresh rosemary sprigs on the board to add a festive touch.
07 - Serve immediately, allowing guests to spread the cheese onto crackers or bread with accompaniments.
