03 - 1 large red bell pepper, sliced into strips
04 - 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips

06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

# Directions:
01 - Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Add sausage slices and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add red and yellow bell peppers along with sliced red onion. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables soften slightly.
04 - Stir in minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until tomatoes begin to soften.
05 - Return browned sausage to skillet. Incorporate dried oregano, optional crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly and cook for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors and heat through.
